“When can I walk and drive on the new concrete?”
Typically you can walk on it the next day, preferably two. Expect to be able to drive on it after 28 days when the full curing process is finished.
“Will the concrete crack?”
Yes, but we control the cracks with control joints and/or saw cuts to give the concrete a place to crack.
“How thick should my driveway or patio be?”
For standard vehicles, 4″ inches thick is standard. For heavy duty trucks, RV parking, etc. 5.5″ inches thick is standard.
“How much does concrete cost?”
Concrete costs vary depending on grade work, location, accessibility, structural engineering, and reinforcement (rebar, etc.).
